Hi,

For some reason, I can't access my survey admin and the survey public page has stopped working and I receive the following error. Does anyone know how to solve these issues? Please help. Thanks in advance.

Make sure the /home/dealbyet/public_html/mysurveyuccass/smarty/templates_c/ directory has the correct permissions set on it. This is normally 777 so that the underprivileged Apache/PHP user can write to that directory and create folders in it.

If that doesn't work, then set $use_sub_dirs to false on or around line 150 of /home/dealbyet/public_html/mysurveyuccass/smarty/Smarty.class.php
