Hi - I am new to using this tool, and so far it's been terrific. However, I have had one issue that I can't figure out. (The answer is prob obvious, but I am blind to seeing it...)

I created a survey intended for only certain individuals, but found that a few stray "visitors" entered responses, screwing up the totals. I know this because I asked for their names, and as this is an internal corporate operation, the respondees are relatively trustworthy. I know that I can filter only on the desired names and get the true results, but I would like to actually delete the offending responses from the database somehow. How do I do this? Is it even possible? Is there a way to do this from the web pages, or must I do surgery on the database itself?

Oh yes, next time I want to restrict responses, I will set up a popup list of specific names they must choose from. That way unintended visitors will quickly realize they are in the wrong place.

Or you can use an access control method and issue usernames/passwords to people you want taking it issue them invitation codes.

As for the answers, you can only delete individual text answers. There's no way to identify the responses from a specific user, so you can't just delete a set of responses. You'll have to do a little surgery on the database.

Hm, thinking about it, I guess I could also simply export the entire set as a spreadsheet, and then excise the bad rows there directly. Would achieve the result I want, but not within the tool itself. Thanks for the response.
