i'm getting this error message when trying to load index.php.

the .... is the full path of the system dir path.

i followed all the installation instructions.

any help would be appreciated.

Any errors in your php or Apache/webserver logs?

What versions of php and Apache/webserver are you using?

Can you at least get to the documentation pages?

My installation has the same problem. Blank page when accessing after initial installation. The logs indicate that the problem is related to Smarty:

PHP Warning: Smarty error: problem writing '/var/www/vhosts/daytrotter.com/httpdocs/survey/smarty/templates_c/%%193/%%1936528999/main_footer.tpl.php.' in /var/www/vhosts/daytrotter.com/httpdocs/survey/smarty/Smarty.class.php on line 589

The smarty templates_c directory is writable by the webserver. (As noted in the installation instructions).
