Full Version: Using two rating scales with one question

I am guessing that the answer to this question is probably 'no', but I thought maybe someone had some creative way to do what I want.

For example, the question might be "What do you think of the delivery services?"

One rating scale of 1-5 would be "rate the importance of this service". I would like to have a second rating scale of 1-5 for the same question (how satisfied are you with this service?).

So, is there a way to do this without using the same question twice?

The "importance" and "satisfied" text would have to be questions and assigned a question number. You could use a Label (no answer type) to ask the first part and explain how to answer the "2 following questions".

Something like:
CODE

Please rate the delivery service in the following areas from 1 (low) to 5 (high):

1. Importance
[ ] 1 [ ] 2 [ ] 3 [ ] 4 [ ] 5

2. Satisfaction
[ ] 1 [ ] 2 [ ] 3 [ ] 4 [ ] 5

3. Speed
[ ] 1 [ ] 2 [ ] 3 [ ] 4 [ ] 5

Hope that helps.
