In a previous post from John (below), it appears that in version 1.8, there is the ability to have a special administrator group that can only create surveys, but not perform other administrative tasks. How do I implement that?

"The next version will allow you to create multiple administrator users and specify whether survey creation is public or private and create multiple users with create survey permissions. "

I have figured this out. I was adding the user, just wasn't saving, so I thought it was done some other way. Now I have Administrators with permissions only to create surveys.
