Hey all,

I need some help making a new Question. I'm trying to do a MS (multi Choice, single answer) question with the option of having a text field at the end of the question ie

1. How would you categorise your business?
a. Reseller
b. Retailer
c. E-tailer
d. Systems Integrator
e. Independent Software Vendor
f. Service Provider
g. Consultant
h. Other (Please Specify) ______________________

The part im having issues with is the last one (H). I need a answer with a text field. Can some one shed some light on how this is done ?

I've done this with a separate question, 'Any Others' which is a text answer. Hope this helps,

i was hoping there was a way to add it into the question list rather than making it a completely different question, is there a admin who would be able to tell me if this is possible at all with this survey system ? if not would there be some one who could recommend another survey system which does?.

It's not possible with this program w/o using another question. I'm sure other surveys implement what you want, though.

I just visited the forum for the first time in year or two, and wanted to quickly thank you for all the work and wish you good luck in the future. UCCASS was good for its time but other systems seem to have progressed in the last few years and are now probably better-suited to most survey tasks.

Thanks for the note. Deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan over the past 3 years haven't left me any time for programming. Maybe once I get back and hopefully get into school again. Take care.
