Wish to have a questionnaire link emailed out and completed by users of our support desk and be able to drill down into the individual results.
So when a support ticket is finished I have the capability to send a 'thanks your ticket is closed' email from our support desk. I was hoping that I could include a unique ID (support ticket number) in this email which would point to a questionnaire. e.g www.somesite.com/ucc/survey.php?sid=5&ticket=001
When they clicked the link it would take them to the questionnaire I have setup and also insert the ticket number into a field.
When the survey is complete I wish the results to be stored along with the ticket number in the DB. I also wish to be able to view an individuals response to the questionnaire rather than the accumulated results total.
I hope this makes sense. Could people advise if UCC can do this with perhaps only a little modification?
